What Causes Hemorroids

what causes hemorroids picWhat causes hemorroids is most common question ask by many because they don’t want to suffer the effect brought by hemorroid. So for precautions, they are eager to know what causes hemorroid. But before we discuss of what causes hemorroids, lets take a tour on what is hemorroid is all about.

Hemorroids are swollen blood vessels of the rectum. The hemorroidal veins are located in the lowest area of the rectum and the anus. Sometimes they swell because the vein walls become stretched, thin, and irritated by passing bowel movements. Hemorroids are classified into two general categories: internal and external.

• Internal hemorroids lie far enough inside the rectum that you can't see or feel them. They don't usually hurt because there are few pain-sensing nerves in the rectum. Bleeding may be the only sign that they are there. Sometimes internal hemorroids prolapse, or enlarge and protrude outside the anal sphincter. If so, you may be able to see or feel them as moist, pink pads of skin that are pinker than the surrounding area. Prolapsed hemorroids may hurt because the anus is dense with pain-sensing nerves. They usually recede into the rectum on their own; if they don't, they can be gently pushed back into place.
• External hemorroids lie within the anus and are usually painful. If an external hemorroid prolapses to the outside (usually in the course of passing a stool), you can see and feel it. Blood clots sometimes form within prolapsed external hemorroids, causing an extremely painful condition called a thrombosis. If an external hemorroid becomes thrombosed, it can look rather frightening, turning purple or blue, and could possibly bleed. Despite their appearance, thrombosed hemorroids are usually not serious and will resolve themselves in about a week. If the pain is unbearable, your doctor can perform hemorroid removal to the thrombosed hemorroid, to stops the pain

Anal bleeding and pain of any sort is alarming and should be evaluated; it can indicate a life-threatening condition, such as colorectal cancer. Although hemorroids are the No. 1 cause of anal bleeding and are rarely dangerous, but a definite diagnosis from your physician is a must.

So what causes hemorroids then? The main cause of hemorroids is the pressure applied on veins of pelvic and rectal system. This pressure comes from different habits that the patient has in his bathroom, constipation, diarrhea, sitting or standing for a long time, obesity, pregnancy or genetic factors. In the next lines, we will detail a little each hemorroid cause and bring some solutions to it.
  • 1. Adopting a wrong position on the toilet seat is one of the main causes of hemorroids. Here is correct way to sit; a person should follow when sitting on the toilet: sit on the toilet normally, then raise your feet up on tiptoes and balls of feet (front part of foot) and bend forward with your elbows to your knees. This position allows the bowel to come out with little effort, thus lessening the chance of hemorroids coming through the hole and reducing the chance of developing new hemorroids.
  • 2. Constipation is another cause of hemorroids. Straining to pass hard stools puts too much pressure on the rectum and makes the veins swell (like varicose veins behind the knees). To avoid the internal problems caused by constipation, when you go to the toilet, take your time; let nature do its thing. Try gentle deep breathing and avoid holding your breath, to put a little pressure on the bowel to come out.
  • 3. Diarrhea is a factor that damages the veins. In this case, there are frequent passing of stool, and even though the fecal matter is soft, it dampens the intestine at the same time and causes the hemorroid disease. Take a good care of your health, always wash your hands before eating and always wash the fruits and vegetables before consuming them.
  • 4. Wiping too hard or too long may also cause or aggravate hemorroids. The bowel should evacuate the contents well, reducing the need for excess wiping, if you followed the suggestions of extra fiber and water. Also, use a soft damp cloth that absorbs a lot.
  • 5. Other important cause of hemorroids is pregnancy. Maximum pressure is exerted during delivery time and this increases the anal pressure while the baby is pushed out. To prevent hemorroids from showing, you must do a lot of exercise during the pregnancy, especially in the beginning.
  • 6. Heavy lifting straining can cause hemorroids to show themselves and can possibly cause hemorroids to develop. If your job requires heavy lifting, discuss this issue with someone specially trained in your work area.
  • 7. Liver disease can also cause increased pressure in the veins, as blood is pooled in and around the pelvic system. Don’t drink too much alcohol or coffee, don’t eat junk food, and try to keep your liver and your heart healthy.
  • 8. If you are overweight, you are lifting your excess weight up every time you stand or walk or run. Especially when sitting, the pressure of your body is bearing on your anal region and may well be weakening it or aggravating existing hemorroids. To help alleviate the suffering from hemorroids and perhaps prevent new hemorroids from developing, you should try to loose the excess weight you are carrying around on your body.
  • 9. Another factor that counts is heredity. Some people are genetically predisposed to this type of illness and there aren’t too many things we can do about it. Do a lot of sport, especially to train and relax your anal sphincter muscles (the ring of muscles that surrounds the anal opening).
  • 10. Anal sex is another cause of hemorroids. No matter how much lubricant it’s used; keep in mind that the anus wasn’t designed for this function. If we remember that just wiping the area with toilet paper is considered a risk, you will get the picture yourself of how much problems can cause this type of sexual intercourse.
Diet has also a pivotal role in causing and preventing hemorroids. People who consistently eat a high-fiber diet are unlikely to get hemorroids, but those who prefer a diet high in processed foods can expect them. A low-fiber diet or inadequate fluid intake can cause constipation, which can contribute to hemorroids in two ways: It promotes straining on the toilet and it also aggravates the hemorroids by producing hard stools that further irritate the swollen veins. Hope the above mention satisfies your question on what causes hemorroids.

Although hemorroids are rarely dangerous, they can be a painful recurrent bother, as you've found. Fortunately, most hemorroid symptoms improve dramatically with simple measures. Here are some things to try:
  • Add fiber. Boost the fiber in your diet with high-fiber foods, a fiber supplement or both. When taken with adequate fluid, fiber softens stools and makes them easier to pass, reducing pressure on hemorrhoids and lowering the risk of bleeding, inflammation and swelling.
  • High-fiber foods include prunes, dates, apples, pears, strawberries, broccoli, brussels sprouts, carrots, peas, spinach, legumes (for example, baked beans or kidney beans), bran cereals and oatmeal. Fiber supplements include psyllium (Metamucil, Konsyl, Perdiem), methylcellulose (Citrucel), calcium polycarbophil (FiberCon, Fiber-Lax, Mitrolan) and wheat dextrin (Benefiber). Fiber can cause bloating or gas, so start slowly, and gradually increase your intake to 25 to 30 grams of fiber per day. Increase your fluid intake at the same time.
  • • Exercise. You can stimulate bowel function with moderate aerobic exercise, such as brisk walking 20 to 30 minutes a day.
  • • Go when you have to go. When you feel the urge, go to the bathroom immediately; don't wait for a more convenient time. Your stool can back up, leading to increased pressure and straining.
  • • Take sitz baths. You can often relieve itching, irritation and spasm of the sphincter muscle with a warm water bath for the buttocks (sitz bath). Sit in a few inches of warm water in your bathtub or in a small plastic tub that fits over a toilet seat. Try a 20-minute sitz bath after each bowel movement and at two or three other times during the day. Afterward, gently pat the anal area dry; don't rub or wipe hard because this can cause irritation to your hemorrhoids.
  • • Try over-the-counter hemorroid creams. These can temporarily soothe pain, irritation and itching. Hemorroid cream and suppositories containing hydrocortisone are also effective, but don't use them for more than a week at a time, because they can cause the skin to get too thin. Witch hazel wipes (Tucks) are soothing and have no harmful effects. A small ice pack placed against the anal area for a few minutes may also help. Finally, sitting on cushions rather than hard surfaces can help reduce swelling.
Occasionally, hemorroids can't be managed with conservative treatments alone, either because the symptoms persist or because an internal hemorroid has slipped down into the anus. If symptoms continue for more than a few days despite your efforts to relieve them, call your doctor. He or she can confirm that you have hemorrhoids, rule out other conditions and recommend an appropriate hemorroids treatment, such as surgery, to remove or shrink hemorroids. Also try to prevent or eliminate formation of hemorroids by avoiding what causes hemorroids formation.

Hemorroids Cream

hemorroids cream picHemorroids Cream is one of the common treatment for hemorroids although there are also a number of medications used in alleviating the discomforting effects of hemorroids. Hemorroid cream is more common than ointment because creams can be rubbed in easily and the water components easily evaporates thus leaving only the thin film of the active ingredients behind and hemorroids cream are obviously not greasy. Ointments on the other hand are very greasy. This hemorroid cream is applied directly on the affected area and are kept there for several hours.

Hemorroids on the other hand, also known as piles are a swelling and inflammation of the veins of the rectum. Hemorroids can develop from two different places: either internal hemorroid are rectal veins which can become swollen and will form internal hemorroids. But, as the internal structure of the rectum has few pain receptors these cannot generally be seen or felt. External rectal veins can also swell to form external hemorroids. External hemorroids can be seen around the outside of the anus and, many times, can be felt.

There are several symptoms that usually indicate some type of hemorroid condition. These include blood in the stool, in the toilet, or on bath tissue after using the bathroom, or a vague pain in the anus after defecating. Also, itching, burning, or pain in the region may indicate a case of hemorrroids. Research has shown a number of factors can lead to varying forms of hemorroids. These causes of hemorroid includes: constant sitting, constipation, diarrhea, obesity, childbirth, heavy lifting, severe coughing, straining with bowel movements and hereditary. But basically, any increase in the pressure in the veins around that area can lead to formation of hemorroids.

Most cases of hemorroids can be diagnosed and treated by the individual experiencing the discomfort. The exception to this is if there is bleeding from the anus, which may indicate a larger, more serious problem. If this is the case, a doctor will observe the area using one or more medical devices. These can include a anoscope, proctoscope, and/ or performing a sigmoidoscopy.

So for many who suffered from hemorroid, an answer to their discomforting condition is applying of hemorroids cream for fast hemorroid relief. But it is important that you start your hemeoriod treatment with a weaker type of hemorroid cream. If this hemorroids cream does nothing for you after a period of three days. Work your way up to a stronger type cream and again if this does nothing for you after three days, you then progress to the strongest type cream. Only if you are so sure that you have no improvement at all then only do you step up to the stronger cream.

The reason for this above mentioned statement is that your body gets very familiar very quickly to creams and ointments. The consequences are that the particular cream or ointment may not work in the near future when you may really need this particular cream. So why take a chance using a hemorroids cream that you might not need at this stage. Another problem with your stronger type creams and ointments is that you can ruin your skin around the anus causing skin eczema for the rest of your life and other more serious complications. This problem is usually caused by overdosing on the cream or ointment.

The main goal of using hemorroids cream is to relieve the pain, itchiness, and burning sensation brought about by the said ailment. With regard to their contents, some hemorroid cream have herbal ingredients such as aloe while others contain anesthetic chemicals like xylocaine. In addition, this type of product is usually available over-the-counter, which means that anyone can purchase it from a drugstore. However, there are certain hemorroids cream for more severe cases of hemorroids that are obtained only by prescription.

In addition to hemorroids cream, there are many other natural means in which you can prevent hemeriods from occurring. The most simple means is to ensure you have soft bowel movements by drinking lots of water and keeping a healthy (high fiber) diet. From there, develop good bowel habits by ensuring you do not spend longer than is necessary on the toilet (reading is not recommended) or ensuring you do not strain during bowel movements (soft bowels help this from being necessary.) Certain natural vitamins help as well, such as the following:

1) Vitamin E : Vitamin E prevents further inflammation from occurring, being a powerful anti-oxidant.
2) L-Arginine : This can help to prevent muscle spasms, which is also beneficial in preventing anal fissures from occurring
3) Horse Chestnut : a wonderful herb that alleviates swellings of hemorroids
4) Red Sage : Red Sage stimulates blood circulation, which is beneficial in the prevention of hemorroids
5) Oat straw : Oat Straw is beneficial for the digestive system, and also raises energy levels
6) Plantain : Itching and burning is greatly relieved

More serious forms of hemorroids may only be cured through hemorroid surgery or hospital treatment procedures, although many of the natural hemorroid creams mentioned above may prevent this. If hospital procedures are required, however, there are methods which are relatively quick and are designed to cut off blood supply to the hemorroids or shrink them so that they fall off on their own, and the skin left behind heals. Hemorroid surgery, though, requires over-night treatment and actual removal of the hemorroids themselves.

Moving on, a few things must be remembered in using hemorroids cream.

  • First, a person must not apply more than what has been indicated on the label or instruction sheet. Putting a lavish amount of this kind of treatment on the hemorroid will cause irritation and worsen the problem instead of treating it.
  • Second, after waking up in the morning, you has to immediately wash the area where he applied the cream on the previous night to remove the excess residue that may cause itching.
  • Third, always has to make sure that the skin is thoroughly dried before gently applying the substance and that his hands are washed prior to and after the medication process. You can also use a soft cotton swab in putting and spreading the cream on the hemorroid. Finally, you should store the hemorroid cream in a place with a moderately cool temperature after using.
There are many types of hemorroid remedies and hemorroids cream or ointment available over the counter and on the market today, however most of these creams or ointments are only designed to soothe the pain, itching and burning associated with hemorroids, because they usually only contain numbing agents. However, there are some hemorroid cream that are able to shrink the swelling anal cushions and these vary from anesthetic and analgesic ointments, to homeopathic or natural ointments. Some of these products also come as a foam of sorts. Cortisone-based creams are available by prescription. And don't forget to ask your doctor for proper usage of hemorroids cream.

Hemorroids Removal

hemorroids removal picHemorroids removal is a technique commonly used by many people to relieve them from the pain they experience of having hemorroid.

Hemorroids are simply expanded blood vessels due to too much pressure in the anal region. This can occur due to heavy lifting, constipation, sitting for a long time, and childbirth, to name a few causes. However, some people will have none of these conditions and still get hemorroids. A common cause of hemorroids is simply the standing position, in which all the blood above the rectum exerts pressure on the rectal and anal areas. Hemorroids are classified into two categories mainly:

• Internal hemorroids - These usually remain along the anal wall. You usually can't feel or see them, unless they break through the anus. This is known as a protruded or prolapsed hemorroid. Symptoms may include pain, bleeding, itching and a feeling of fullness after a bowel movement
• External hemorroids - These are small soft pads around the anal opening, the same color as your skin. When an external hemorroid forms a blood clot (thrombus), it can appear blue in color and cause severe pain, itching and inflammation.

Hemorroids removal may be recommended when nonsurgical treatment like fiber-rich diet, laxatives, stool softener, suppositories, medications, warm baths has not provided adequate relief from:
• Persistent itching • Anal bleeding • Pain • Blood clots (thrombosis of the hemorroids) • Infection

Hemorroids Removal methods

Natural supplements, alone or combined, are fast, safe, and proven effective in both treating hemorroids and helping with recovery after the surgical removal of hemorroids. Before you go for surgery I would recommend trying the natural supplements first before your hemorroid removal. In many cases they can help and completely cure you. This will save you a lot of money and pain.

There are also numerous treatments that are available, which can successfully remove symptomatic hemorroids. While topical ointments may reduce the discomfort associated with this condition, they will not actually remove the hemorroid problem. If you are suffering from chronic hemorroids, you may need to undergo a hemorroids removal procedure.

These procedures are typically performed right at a doctor's office or at a special clinic that handles hemorroids removal. While most can be done on an outpatient basis, more serious surgeries may involve being admitted into a hospital. Let's look at the variety of methods that can be used for hemorroid removal.

  • Banding - This is a common procedure of hemorroids removal that has been used for many years. A small band is placed around the hemorroid very tightly. This cuts off the blood supply to the hemorroid and it will begin to shrivel. After a few days, it will fall off and the patient can get on with the healing process. The procedure is virtually painless, and it is usually quite effective.
  • Infrared Coagulation (IRC) - This technique of hemorroids removal uses infrared light, which is used to coagulate the small vessels found in a hameriods, and so can be quite useful in smaller and less severe cases. This is generally performed in an office or an outpatient clinic, and is accompanied by minimal discomfort.
  • Hemorroidectomy. Hemorroids removal through direct surgical intervention is called a hemorroidectomy. The hemorroids are simply cut out. Hemorroid removal can be painful, particularly for the external variety. After surgery, pain is managed through home-treatment methods, such as drinking a lot of water and eating high-fiber foods to remain hydrated and stop constipation. Health professionals recommend that you take stool softeners that contain fiber to help make your bowel movements smooth. Straining during bowel movements can cause hemeriods to come back.
In the unusual circumstance when less invasive measures are inadequate to control a patient's symptoms, a surgical procedure may be required. These are more involved procedures, and are generally accompanied by more pain and disability, so they should be reserved for only the most serious cases. Make certain that you discuss the risks and benefits of these procedures with your physician prior to consenting to one of these surgical procedures for your hemorroid removal.
  • • Harmonic Scalpel Treatments - This type of hemorroid removal uses a special scalpel that operates with ultrasound waves. The scalpel is used to remove the hemorroid and the blood vessels are automatically cauterized. This is considered to be an almost bloodless procedure and is typically recommended for large hemorroids or for those that are very painful.
  • • Laser Therapy - This is very similar to harmonic scalpel treatments, but in this case, an actual laser beam will be targeted on the hemorroid. This type of hemorroids removal is growing in popularity, and is quite effective. The laser automatically cauterizes the area, and the nerves will be sealed off as well. This technique may be accompanied by a bit less pain than the typical surgical hemorroidectomy.
  • • Stapled Hemorroidectomy (PPH) - This technique utilizes a special stapling device that cuts through the involved vessels, and staples the tissue back together again. This also is associated with a bit less pain than a conventional hemorroidectomy, and is becoming more popular with many surgeons.
  • • Excising - An actual surgical removal of a hemorroid may be necessary. The hemorroid is cut away and the blood vessels are tied off. This procedure is a bit more painful than other types of hemorroid removal and the recovery time may be longer. However, it is very effective.
Hemorroids can be surgically removed while you are sedated and pain-free (local or spinal anesthesia) or deep asleep and pain-free (general anesthesia). After the hemorroid is removed, gauze packing is inserted to reduce bleeding.

However, smaller hemorroids may not require hemorroid surgery. Treatments for small hemorroids may only involve a chemical injection to reduce swelling or rubber band ligation to cut off the blood supply to the hemorroid. These procedures can often be done as an outpatient or office procedure with minimal or no anesthesia.

Take note also that you must have to take considerations of the risk of having hemorroids removal because of the anesthesia that is being applied which results to reactions to medications and problem for breathing. Another risk for having hemorroid removal surgery is bleeding and infection. Additional risks include possible narrowing (stricture) of the anus.

Although almost hemorroids removal outcome is usually very good in the majority of cases. Preventive measures such as adherence to a high fiber diet, and avoiding constipation must be taken to prevent recurrence. The patient may also experience considerable pain after surgery as the anus tightens and relaxes. Medications to relieve pain may be used. So to avoid straining, stool softeners will be used. Avoid any straining during bowel movement or urination. Soaking in a warm bath can bring additional comfort. Expect complete recovery from hemorroids removal in about 2 weeks.

Hemorroid Treatments

hemorroid treatments picHemorroid treatments can give quick and effective relief from discomfort and other problems associated with hemorroids when acted as early as its symptoms appear. There are now various prescription drugs as well as over-the-counter medicines available currently for hemorroid treatmenst. There are also alternative therapies for hemorroid treatment that can give you safe and long lasting results which includes homoeopathic and herbal medicines, dietary supplements and home made remedies . So there is no reason why you cannot treat your hemorroid before it becomes worst.

But what is hemorroid by the way? Hemorroids are the network of veins around the anus area. The condition known as hemorroids occurs when these veins enlarge and distend usually caused by straining or pressure. The two types of hemorroids are internal and external. Internal hemorroids usually do not cause much pain and rarely itch while external hemorroids are the type of hemorroid that tends to cause burning, itching, and/or pain. Symptoms of hemorroid usually include blood in the stool, in the toilet, or on bath tissue after using the bathroom, or a vague pain in the anus after defecating. Also, itching, burning, or pain in the region may indicate a case of hemorroids.

Because of this irritating symptoms brought by hemorroids, appropriate hemorroid treatments are necessary. But most commonly, hemorroid treatments may require nothing more than home treatment and lifestyle changes, which mainly involves establishing healthy bowel habits and simple changes to healthy diet. But if you need instant relief from pain, itching and swelling brought by your hemorroid, try the following:

• Apply a hemorroidal cream or suppository to the affected area as directed.
• Use ice packs, which can reduce swelling from painful hemorroid.
• Soak in a warm bath or "sitz" bath (sitting in three inches of water) for 10 minutes a few times a day.

You can talk to your doctor about your hemorroids and ask for any hemorroid treatment during your next visit. And to encourage better bowel movements, your doctor may suggest some initial lifestyle changes, such as increasing your fiber and fluid intake and exercise. If these changes do not help; your doctor may suggest one of the following types of hemorroid treatment:

A fiber laxative.
• A stool softener.

Fiber is the part of a plant that can't be digested. It adds bulk to keep other foods moving through the digestive system and it holds water which, in turn, softens the stool for easy elimination. Fiber laxative and stool softeners should be used only as directed. And take note that different hemorroid treatments work in different ways so let your doctor choose the best one for you.

Although in many cases hemorroid treatments involves steps that you can take on your own but sometimes medications or surgical procedures are necessary as your best way as your hemorroid treatment. These includes:

Medications Creams

If your hemorroids are producing only mild discomfort, your doctor may suggest over-the-counter hemorroid creams, ointments or pads containing witch hazel or a topical anti-inflammatory agent containing hydrocortisone. This local hemorroid treatment, in combination with daily warm baths, may relieve your hemorroid symptoms.

Surgical or other procedures

If a blood clot has formed within an external hemorroid, your doctor can easily remove the clot with a simple incision, which may provide prompt relief. But for persistent bleeding or painful hemorroids, your doctor may recommend these following hemorroid treatments:

  • • Rubber band ligation. Your doctor places one or two tiny rubber bands around the base of an internal hemorroid to cut off its blood circulation and the hemorroid falls off. This simple procedure - called rubber band ligation - is done in the doctor's office and is effective hemorroid treatment for many people. To remove a hemorroid using rubber band ligation, your doctor inserts the ligator through a scope in the anal canal, grasping the hemorroid with forceps. Sliding the ligator's cylinder upward releases rubber bands around the base of the hemorroid. Rubber bands cut off the hemorroid's blood supply, causing it to wither and drop off.
  • • Sclerotherapy. In this procedure, your doctor injects a chemical solution around the blood vessel to shrink the hemorroid.
  • • Infrared light. A one- or two-second burst of infrared light cuts off circulation to small, bleeding, internal hemorroids.
  • • Stapling. This procedure, which blocks blood flow to hemorroidal tissue, is a relatively new hemorroid treatment technique. While some experts point out that this procedure involves less pain than surgery and allows an earlier return to work, there are drawbacks as well. Stapling has been associated with a greater risk of hemorroidal recurrence and prolapse compared with open surgery. Talk with your doctor about what might be the best hemorroid treatment option for you.
  • • Surgery. If other procedures haven't been successful or if you have large hemorroids, your doctor can remove tissue in a procedure called hemorroidectomy. The surgery is done with either a local anesthetic combined with sedation, a spinal anesthetic, or a general anesthetic. Hemorroid surgery can be performed on an outpatient basis or you may require an overnight hospital stay. While you may experience discomfort after the procedure, medications can be used to relieve your pain. Soaking in a warm bath also can ease your discomfort.
You can also take the following steps to reduce your risk of having hemorroids thus avoiding unnecessary and time consuming hemorroid treatments. Try follow these easy steps:
• Eat more fiber and drink plenty of fluids. This will help soften stools and promote regular elimination, which reduces straining thus avoiding the causes of such hemorroid.
• Go when you feel the urge to have a bowel movement. Delaying now can mean straining later.
• Don't stay long on the toilet. Sitting and straining too long encourages swelling.
• Wipe gently with soft, white unperfumed tissue. This helps keep the area clean to avoid irritation.
• Exercise regularly; which aids digestion and improves circulation.

Take note that complications of untreated hemorroid are - bleeding, infection, prolapse, strangulation, necrosis and gangrene. Painful bleeding usually indicates startup of complications.

So do not delay. Let your hemorroid be treated as early as its symptoms shows. Don’t be shy if you have that condition. You just don’t know that the number of people who hemorroid are now increasing due to poor eating habits and changes of lifestyle. You cant talk with your family regarding your shameful condition, talk directly to your doctor as he can help you. Your doctor can give you right hemorroid treatment.

Hemorroid Pain

hemorroid pain picHemorroid pain is one of the common symptoms if you have hemorroid. Hemorroids are simply a painful experience, though for some time hemorroid pain can be ignored but other hemorroid condition is really too painful to bear. Hemorroid surgery is then recommended to cut them away, but because of the incisions and stitches perform surgery to a highly sensitive area during hemorroid only few among who suffered from hemorroid chooses to be in such procedure.

So what is hemorroid then and why it bring to much pain in the affected area? Hemorroids are swollen, painful, itchy blood vessels in the lower rectum caused by increased blood pressure in rectal veins. As blood collects in the veins, the blood vessels swell, expanding in size until such vein can no longer hold its pressure thus resulting to the formation of hemorroids. This type of ailment is characterized by a number of symptoms, and the most troublesome of which is pain. In relation to this, hemorroid pain relief can be acquired through a change in the diet of a person and with the use of curative treatments. Pregnancy, obesity, constipation, diarrhea and long sitting spells can increase pressure. In most people however blood pressure rises because of constricted blood flow in the liver, where narrowed passageways bottleneck and raise pressure below.

Million of people suffer from this condition, so know that you are certainly not alone. Discuss the many treatment options with your doctor and find out how you can keep hemorroids in check.

So when it comes to the matter of how to deal with hemorroid flare-ups or what we called hemorroid pain, there are several basic options that you try. You can either choose to go with more conventional methods of hemorroid treatment, which would include prescription medications and medicines, or you can go the opposite route, and opt to use all natural or herbal products to treat your hemorroids.

But there is a good option to avoid hemorroid surgery though it is not very well known and recommended but it works great. Use beets and beet greens as a mayor part of your diet for as long as 30 days to detoxify the liver and relieve hemorroids. Beets are rich in folate, manganese and potassium, their fiber reduces constipation while the antioxidants help reduce inflammation in the liver and veins. Beets have a long history as a liver promoter and detoxifier the problem is that most of the time liver is not associated with hemorroids.

And there are also many all natural methods of hemorroid treatment that can be used to lessen hemorroid pain, including fiber, which is something that you most likely already use anyway. Typically everyone’s existing diet has at least a bit of fiber in it, and it is fiber which helps the body to produce soft, regular bowel movements. And there are plenty of things that you can do in order to include more fiber in your diet, namely including more whole grains and vegetables into your day. Just remember that the more fiber you consume, the more water you will have to drink, because otherwise your constipation problem and the other symptoms may actually worsen and giving you so much hemorroid pain.

Also start with breakfast and make sure that you have one packed with foods high in fiber. Some hemorroids suffers get themselves addicted to stool softeners because they are a quick fix. It would not be helpful for you to start down that road when you could be eating some healthy foods that have the same effect. Usually when people think of foods or cereals high in fibers they think about the fact that they may taste like tree bark or something horrible. However, you should take a trip down your local grocery store's cereal aisle and check the fiber content of some of them. You would be surprised how some of the better tasting foods can be high in fiber and help you heal your hemorroids and help lessen the hemorroid pain it brings.

As always it is important for you to keep up your water intake to keep you healthy. This is something else that will help your overall health and not just your hemorroid problem. And finally, there is exercise. If you find that you are basically living a sedentary lifestyle will little exercise you aren't expected to just sit up and start running marathons. Start small. Decide that 3 or 4 times per week you will take a 30 minute walk outside. You would be surprised how short of time it will take to have you feeling better. This will help you cure your hemorroids because your blood will be flowing better and you will get better circulation. Since hemorroids are just varicose veins they are caused by the poor circulation of blood in the rectal area. Anything that improves your blood circulation in general will improve your hemorroid problem as well.

However, most hemorroids can be treated with simple steps and most do not require surgery or other treatment unless the hemorroids are very large and painful. Here are some of the home remedies and hemorroid treatment that doctors generally prescribe to help lessen the hemorroid pain you experienced:

1. Sitting for long hours is not advisable. It is better to take breaks once in a while or walk for five minutes after every hour. If you must sit for a long time, sit on a pillow.
2. Apply petroleum jelly to make bowel movement less painful
3. Apply an over-the-counter cream. A 0.5 percent hydrocortisone cream to the skin. Do not scratch hemorroids because it will just make everything worse, causing the damaged veins and skin to become more irritated.
4. Do not scrub the anal area excessively, especially with soap, because it can intensify the irritation of your hemorroid and giving you so much pain.
5. Go to the toilet as soon as you feel the urge to do so. Waiting may cause constipation. Also, do not sit on the toilet for extended periods of time because can cause formation of hemorroids.
7. Make it a point to lie down and take a rest as often as you can. When one is standing or sitting, the intestines and vertical organs are pushed down and apply pressure on your rectal area.
8. Apply ice several times a day for 10 minutes at a time to your hemorroids. Follow this by placing a warm compress on the anal area for another 10 to 20 minutes.
9. Apply moist heat (such as warm, damp towels) several times a day to your hemorroid and this will give you relief to your hemorroid pain.
10. Take a sitz bath. Fill your bathtub with just enough warm water to cover the anal area. Do this several times a day, especially after you have had a bowel movement. Soak for about 15 minutes at a time. Be careful! If the water is too warm, it could burn you.
11. You may need a day or more of bed rest to take pressure off inflamed, irritated veins. If you are 3 to 6 months pregnant, you may find it helpful to lie on your side. If you are not pregnant, sleeping on your stomach with a pillow under your hips will help decrease swelling of hemorroids.
12. Avoid lifting heavy objects.
13. Wear cotton underwear to prevent moisture buildup, which can irritate hemorroids. Wear loose clothing to allow freedom of movement and to reduce pressure on the anal area.
14. Do not use a ring ("doughnut") cushion. It will restrict blood flow and may make your symptoms worse

Moreover, the goal of nonsurgical procedures used to treat hemorroids, called fixative procedures, is to reduce the blood supply to the hemorroid so it shrinks or goes away. The scar tissue left in its place helps support the anal tissue and helps prevent more hemorroids from developing. This fixative procedures are the most common conventional measures used to treat hemorroid pain, and these work by literally cutting off the blood flow to the hemorroids by using particular materials, such as lasers, heat, or rubber bands and chemical injection. These are:
  • Ligation - the rubber band treatment - works effectively on internal hemorroids that protrude with bowel movements. A small rubber band is placed over the hemorroid, cutting off its blood supply. The hemorroid and the band fall off in a few days and the wound usually heals in a week or two. This procedure sometimes produces mild discomfort and bleeding.
  • Injection can also be used on bleeding hemorroids that do not protrude. This method is relatively painless and cause the hemorroid to shrivel up.
Other hemorroid treatments include cryotherapy, BICAP coagulation and direct current. Cryotherapy, popular 20 years ago, consists of freezing piles tissue. It is not recommended for hemorroids because it is very painful. BICAP and direct current are methods that shrink the hemorroid. None of these treatments have gained widespread acceptance.

Hemorroid surgery is also often used to treat this condition, although this is one of the most serious measures that can be taken and thus you will have to discuss it with your doctor first, and get approved to go ahead with the procedure. This is what we called Hemorroidectomy (surgery to remove the hemorroids) is the best method for the permanent removal of hemorroids. It is necessary when clots repeatedly form in external hemorroids; ligation fails to treat internal hemorroids; the protruding hemorroid cannot be reduced; or there is persistent bleeding. A hemorroidectomy removes excessive tissue that causes the bleeding and protrusion. It is done under anesthesia and usually require hospitalization. Laser hemorroidectomies do not offer any advantage over standard operative techniques. They are also quite expensive, and contrary to popular belief, are no less painful.

And lastly, take note that the process of treating hemorroid pain is certainly not a fun one, but as long as you take the issue seriously and get yourself treatment as soon as possible, then you should be able to relieve yourself of the condition promptly. If you try several methods of treatment and have no success, then you will have to discuss with your doctor more serious options.

Hemorroid Symptoms

hemorroids symptoms| symptoms of hemorroidHemorroids symptoms are one of the very discomforting condition you will ever experienced if you have hemoroids. Just imagine if your in public places or in any very solemn environment then hemorroid symptoms will attack , how are you going to deal with that shameful condition? Therefore early recognition of hemorroids symptoms should be given importance to come up with early hemorroid treatment.

Although hemorroid is quite embarrassing topic to discuss, it is also a very common issue that is untold. At age 50, about half of adults have had to deal with the uncomfortable feeling of itching, bleeding and pain which are the common symptoms of hemorroids. But good to know, that there are now many available effective hemeriod treatments existing in our market, and for some only requires basic home remedies to get rid of hemorroid symptoms.

Hemorroids Symptoms may vary from person to another, and usually depends on what type of hemorroid and where it is located. Although many people have hemorroids, not all of them experienced symptoms of hemorroids.

So in case there is no hemorroids symptoms such as pain or discomfort experienced, how will you know you have hemorroids? In most cases, bleeding or spotting of any blood in the stools or toilet tissue should immediately be referred to a doctor so the condition will be diagnosed properly. You need to have this checked to rule out the possibility of hemorroid symptoms.
Hemorroids symptoms usually disappears after a few days. And these hemorroids symptoms usually depends on the location where the hemorroids develop:

Hemorroids symptoms of Internal hemeriods. These hemorroids develops in the deeper portion of the anal canal and rectum where there are few nerve endings, the main reason why you mostly can't see or feel these hemeriods. The presence of blood on toilet paper or in the bowl during bowel movement is a common hemorroid symptoms. And because internal anal membranes lack pain-sensitive nerve fibers, these hemorroids usually don't cause discomfort. But because of straining or irritation from passing stool that can injure a hemorroids delicate surface thus causes it to bleed. Occasionally, straining can push an internal hemorroid through the anal opening. If a hemorroid remains displaced, it can cause pain and irritation. Rectal Bleeding and pain are most complained about. Internal hemorroid can be extremely painful, as they often protrude and can become thrombosed, or clotted. Another hemorroids symptom of internal hemorroids is the occurrence of mucus just like the occurrence of blood in your stool.

Hemorroids symptoms of External hemorroids. These external hemorroids appears on the outer rim of the anus and are usually the most uncomfortable hemorroids condition. These usually tend to be painful. Sometimes blood may pool in an external hemorroids and form a clot, causing severe pain, swelling and inflammation. Most common hemorroid symptoms of external hemorroids are itching, burning, and irritation. Streaks of blood may also appear on toilet paper after straining during bowel movements. You may also find it difficult to thoroughly cleanse the anal area.

Hemorroids symptoms for both internal hemorroids and external hemorroids are:

• Bleeding during bowel movements and the appearance of bright red blood on toilet paper after you strain to have a bowel movement is the number one hemorroid symptoms.
• Itching and burning are another hemorroids symptoms.
• The feeling of pain and swellings while cleaning your rectal area are also most common hemorroids symptoms.

Any hemorroids symptoms you noticed is recommended to have it consulted with your doctor for early hemorroid treatment. Although the amount of pain really depends on how bad your hemeriods are, and regardless of how small or big your hemorroid symptoms are it is advised that you have to deal with the problem as soon as possible. Hemorroids are not life-threatening but living with hemorroids is not really fun... it's uncomfortably painful... and not to mention, its embarrassing.

So to get rid of hemorroids symptoms, you can take these following advise:

• Eat high-fiber foods. You are advise to eat more fruits, vegetables and grains to help softens the stool and increases its bulk thus getting rid of any hemorroid symptoms.
• Drink plenty of liquids. Drink plenty of water or fluids a minimum of 8 glasses a day to get rid of hemorroids symptoms.
• Regular exercise. Stay active to reduce pressure on veins, which can occur with long periods of standing or sitting, and to help prevent constipation. Exercise can also help you lose excess weight thus helping you to get of hemorroids symptoms.

However if hemorroids symptoms still persist, you have to consult your physician for other hemorroid treatment or in worst cases to take hemorroid surgery.

Hemorroid Surgery

hemorroid surgery picHemorroids Surgery may become highly recommended and very necessary if the hemorroid symptoms become severe and the hemorroid condition becomes more chronic, or if your other hemorroids treatment are unsuccessful. And mostly if hemorroids become very enlarged, protrude from the anus , bleed frequently, or contain blood clots.

A number of hemorroids surgery methods may be used to remove or reduce the size of such hemorroids. Common practitioners will apply hemorroids surgery and other form of hemorroid treatments in such worst cases. These hemorroids surgery includes:

Hemorroidectomy. This kind of hemorroids surgery is commonly reserved for permanently prolapsed or protruding hemorroids, these are anal surgeries that are carried out under anesthesia and may require hospitalization after the process. When the hemorroids become to large and already protrude out of the anus most of the time, it might be a right time and be necessarily be cut off through a hemorroids surgery process called hemorroidectomy. In some cases it might not mean actual cutting off of pieces of hemorroids tissue from the anal walls, but just merely dissecting the swollen hemorroid to remove clotted blood and puss so that the hemorroid can eventually "dry" up with the help of other medication such as ointments and suppositories. Internal hemorroids usually can be destroyed by injecting them with a chemical substance, this is be necessary if internal hemorroids are prolapsed or very large.

Coagulation. This kind of hemorroid surgery is considered best for hemorroids that are still in its smaller shape. It involves the process of burning of hemorriods with the help of electric current or infrared light to burn off or shrivel the hemorroid tissue.. Continuous hemorroid treatment results in shrinkage and disappearance of hemorroid.

Rubber Band Ligation. Any qualified medical practitioner uses a rubber band to tie off the hemaroid at the root so that they wither off and die. By its very nature, this hemorroids surgery method of treatment cannot be applied in the early stages of the hemorroid since the hemorroids are still tiny. It is best suited for hemorroids that are already hanging out of the anus, or those that are seen and felt as big lumps outside the anal opening. This procedure is based on the fact that hemorroid thrive on regular blood supply. Therefore, if the blood supply is cut off, by tying the vessels that carry blood to the lumpy hemorroids, then this shortage and absence of this blood supply will see to it that the hemorroid will "starve to death", but it take a couple of weeks for the area to completely heal. This procedure is usually painful and may cause bleeding and because there are no nerve endings in the rectum, no anesthesia is necessary on this kind of hemorroid surgery.

Sclerotherapy. In sclerotherapy, a chemical solution or substance are injected around the blood vessel to shrink and destroy the hemorroidal tissue.

Fortunately, there are now various effective medicated hemorroids treatment and procedures that are readily available to treat hemorrhoids to avoid hemorrhoids surgery. In many cases this condition may require only self-care and lifestyle changes which includes the following:

o Regular Sitz bath. This hemorroid treatment requires you to take regular warm bath and soaking your anus with warm water several times a day.
o Putting an ice bag on the rectal area to help relieve swelling and chronic pain. Other uses cold compress especially with witch hazel or wet tea bags as hemorroid treatments.
o Only pat to dry your rectal area. Do not wipe excessively. Patting with moist toilet pads or baby wipes after bowel movement can will help you in your hemorroid treatment. Do not scratch because this will worsen your hemorroid condition.
o Clean y our rectal area regularly, applying hemorroid cream that contain hydrocortisone or numbing ointment to relieve you from pain, swelling and itching as your hemorroid treatment. But do not use anti-itching creams with anesthetic because it can often cause further anal irritation.
o Most people also use bulk fiber supplements daily to prevent recurrences of their hemorroids. But bulk fiber may take several days to work so if you have existing hemorroid and you are already suffering from constipation, you may use an immediate-acting stool softener and laxative as hemorroids treatments to encourage fast elimination without straining and further aggravating your hemorroids.
Hemorroid Surgery causes severe pain and new techniques are still being investigated for pain free removal of hemorroids. Depending on the severity of your hemorroid case, hemorroid surgery may be performed by giving local or general anesthesia, the healing takes place after a period of 3 to 4 weeks. And take note that rare patients who undergone hemorroid surgery claims that hemorroids reoccurred even after they have gone the procedure.

Therefore, for you to not experience the pain of hemorroid surgery and only to find out it will just reoccur, it is best for you to have it prevented before it becomes worst. Make it a habit to add fibrous foods and fruits in your daily diet. Increase your fluid intake a minimum of 8 glasses a day to avoid constipation as one of the major cause of hemorroid.

However, it is best recommend that hemorroid surgery be used only as your last line of defense against hemorroid because most hemorriods can be treated and cured with more conservative and other home remedies. But for others who did not respond to home remedies, hemorroid surgery is advised.

External Hemorroids

external hemorroids picExternal hemorroids occur outside the rectum, around the anus. External are often more painful than internal hemorroids because the skin around them is very sensitive. Basically, all swellings or protruding masses at or near the anal opening are considered to be external hemorroids. These are easy to detect. You will have a sensation that there is something just outside your anus and when you touch the area, you will actually feel them. It will feel like a swollen lump protruding from your anus. Sometimes external hemorroids are bothersome protrusions, which make hygiene difficult.

External hemorroid sometimes develop a clot inside of them, often after a period of chronic diarrhea or constipation. In that case, it produces a firm and painful swelling or lump around the rim of the anus. Hemorroids are a very common health problem, affecting mostly old people. You are more likely to develop hemorroids if you eat a low-fiber diet, who drinks less fluids and don't get enough exercise, which can lead to repeated episodes of constipation and straining bowel movements.

These hemorroids occur when the vein walls collapse, usually caused by too much toilet pushing. Too much pushing causes the vein walls to weaken, until they collapse. The vein then fills up with blood, and hence the hemorroids feel and look all puffed up.

Sometimes external hemorroids ruptures and slight bleeding occur. You might notice bright red blood on the toilet paper after straining to pass a stool. In rare cases, a vein inside an external hemorroid breaks. Blood may pool under the skin, forming a hard, painful lump. This is called a thrombosed, or clotted hemorroid. Thrombosed external hemorroids are caused by blood pooling in a distended vein and forming a clot, or thrombus, in the outer region of the anus. These particular hemorroids usually cause a great deal of pain, as well as some swelling and itching, but they don’t bleed.

External hemorroid can also create problems with personal hygiene. The excess skin that remains after an acute thrombosis is usually the cause of these problems. This excess perianal skin from external hemorroid requires more attention to be paid when cleansing the area to make sure that all of the skin folds have been tended to.

There are different types of hemorroids, depending on their location, severity, and the amount of pain, discomfort, or aggravation they cause. These are:

Internal: Internal hemorroids are located inside the rectum and are usually painless, especially if located above the anorectal line. But sometimes tend to bleed due to too much .
External: External hemorroids also known as "piles", an old-fashioned term to describe external hemorroids. These develop soft lump under the skin at the opening of the anal cavity. When an external hemorroid swells, the tissue in the area becomes firm but sensitive and turns blue or purple in color. Sometimes, a condition known as thrombosed hemorroids can occur; in this case, a blood clot develops and the lump becomes hard. External hemorroids are usually painful, as the tissue around the anus is densely covered with nerve endings.

The signs and symptoms of hemorroids vary from person to person, and are dependant upon the classification of hemorroid. Keep in mind that the signs and symptoms listed below may be an indicator of a more severe, underlying deficiency.

Internal Hemorroids: Rectal Bleeding and pain are regularly complained about. Internal hemorroids can be extremely painful, as they often protrude and can become thrombosed, or clotted. Mucus is also another indicator of Internal hemorroids, as is blood upon your stools or in the toilet.
External Hemorroids: Symptoms of external hemorrhoids are sever pain and swelling, hard lumps around the anus. The lump may have blue or purple tint. Other common symptoms of external hemorrhoids are itching. This is caused by mucous leaking from the anus. Burning sensation, and irritation are also one external hemorroids symptoms. Also the urge to continually want to go to the toilet is a very irritating occurrence. Eventually you give in and will be forced to go on the toilet from this irresistible urge. It seems that every time you go to the toilet, you get relief, from your hemorroids. But behind the scene what you actually doing is making the situation worse, by pushing. Streaks of blood may also appear on toilet paper after straining during bowel movements. You may also find it difficult to thoroughly cleanse the anal area.

If you are suffering from external hemorroids s or want to avoid re occurrence of external Hemorroid, it is always advisable to follow healthy dietary tips.

o Eat high-fiber foods. Eat more fruits, vegetables and grains. By doing this it softens the stool and increases its bulk, which will help lessen the straining that can cause your external hemorroids
o Drink plenty of liquids. At least a minimum 6 -8 glasses a day also helps in preventing constipation thus lowers the risks of having external hemoroids.
o Consider fiber supplements. You can ask advise from your doctor for any stool softeners. This can give you relief from external hemorroid or getting the possibility of having hemorroids.
o Change bowel habits. Respond to the urge to defecate and stay relaxed to avoid straining to avoid bleeding of your external hemorroid.
o The best way to prevent external hemorroids is to keep stools soft so they pass easily, thus decreasing pressure and straining, and to empty bowels as soon as possible after the urge occurs.
The best way to prevent from having painful external hemorrhoids is to prevent that causes hemorroids through change of lifestyle including healthy diet. As saying goes, prevention is better than cure. Preventing the recurrence of hemorroids requires relieving the pressure and straining of constipation. Doctors will often recommend increasing fiber and fluids in the diet. Eating the right amount of fiber and drinking six to eight glasses of pure, filtered water result in softer, bulkier stools. A softer stool makes emptying the bowels easier and lessens the pressure on hemorrhoids caused by straining. Eliminating straining also helps prevent the hemorroids from protruding.

However if home remedies are observe and practice daily it can make the need for hemorroid surgery unnecessary. But if discomfort and pain still persist and blood occurrence in your stool is still noticeable, it is highly advice to consult your physician and get it investigated and give proper hemorroid treatment.

Internal Hemorroids

internal hemorroids picInternal hemorroids – a type of hemorroid in which the vein walls have collapse and the hemorroid is filled up with blood. Internal hemorroids is barely noticeable and cannot be felt because everything takes place inside, internally. And because internal anal membranes lack pain-sensitive nerve fibers, these internal hemorroids usually don't cause discomfort. And that is basically the reason that internal hemorroids doesn’t hurt that much because they have not come into contact with air and outside pressure unlike external hemorroids. But straining or irritation from passing stool can injure a hemorroid's delicate surface and cause it to bleed, and that’s the time internal hemorroid becomes painful. Or if the hemorroids remains outside the anus, it can cause pain, itching, bleeding and results to formation of excess skin or what we called skin tags.

Internal hemorroids basically develop inside the passageway of the anus above the dentate line. Internal hemorroids often are small, swollen veins in the wall of the anal canal. But this small hemorroid can become large, sagging veins that bulge out of the anus all the time. This internal hemorroid can only be painful if they bulge out and are pressed when sitting for a longer period . But this may also be very painful if the blood supply to the hemorroid is cut off.

Painless bleeding and protrusion during bowel movements are the most common symptom of internal hemorroids. Usually you will notice small amounts of bright ,streaking red blood on your toilet paper or on the toilet In addition, excessive straining, rubbing and cleaning with harsh toilet papers around the anus may cause irritation with bleeding and/or itching, which may produce a vicious cycle of internal hemorroid symptoms.

Other symptoms of internal hemorroids may include:

    • Itching - a frequent complaint, because internal hemorroids often seep mucus that causes itching.
    • Skin irritation due to large bulging hemorroids in the anus that may secrete mucus, causing mild irritation
    • Discomfort - This uncomfortable feelings are caused by the bulging of the hemorroids in the end portion of the large intestine. You often have the feeling of urge even after your bowel movement. Mostly, the larger the hemorroids , the greater the discomfort.
Internal hemorroids can also be assessed and be treated according to :

o First-degree internal hemorroids do not bulge from the anus.
o Second-degree internal hemorroids bulge from the anus during bowel movements but go back into the anus afterward on their own.
o Third-degree internal hemorroids bulge from the anus during bowel movements, but they can be pushed back into the anus.
o Fourth-degree internal hemorriods may bulge outside the anus all the time.
If you are suffering from internal hemorroids or want to avoid reoccurrence of internal Hemorroid, it is always advisable to follow healthy dietary tips.

o Eat high-fiber foods. Eat more fruits, vegetables and grains. By doing this it softens the stool and increases its bulk, which will help lessen the straining that can cause your internal hemorroids
o Drink plenty of liquids. At least a minimum 6 -8 glasses a day also helps in preventing constipation thus lowers the risks of having internal hemorroids.
o Consider fiber supplements. You can ask advise from your doctor for any stool softeners. This can give you relief from internal hemorroids or getting the possibility of having hemorroids.
o Change bowel habits. Respond to the urge to defecate and stay relaxed to avoid straining to avoid bleeding of your internal hemorroid.
o The best way to prevent internal hemorroids is to keep stools soft so they pass easily, thus decreasing pressure and straining, and to empty bowels as soon as possible after the urge occurs.
Although most internal hemorroids are not painful, large hemorroids that are bulging from the anus may become very painful if they swell and are pressed and squeezed by the muscles that control the anus during bowel movement. This internal hemorroid that protrude outside the anus, where mostly they appear like a small, grape-like masses are most likely to cause severe pain. Because Internal Hemmorroids often protrude and clot thus it also requires internal hemorroids treatment to alleviate the pain or to avoid from getting worse. Severe pain may be a sign that the blood supply to the hemorroid is being cut off thus hemorroid treatment is needed if pain persist.

Treatment for internal hemorroids include laser coagulation, injection sclerotherapy, rubber band ligation, infrared photocoagulation, and the hemorrhoidectomy. In severe cases of internal hemorroid usually suggests to undergo hemorroid surgery. However if home remedies are observe and practice daily it can make the need for hemorroid surgery unnecessary. But if discomfort and pain still persist and blood occurrence in your stool is still noticeable, it is highly adviced to consult your physician and get it investigated because sometimes bleeding may not be due to internal hemorroids but to other serious internal illness.
